Day in the Life
Learning at Virgin Galactic

At Virgin Galactic, we empower and inspire all teammates, fostering a sense of bold optimism through our internal leadership training program built to develop the leaders of today and tomorrow.

From day one, we bring teammates into our company through our unique onboarding journey, introducing them to our pilots, Spacefarers, engineers, and those who make our Spaceline for Earth possible. We encourage all teammates to push the boundaries of their knowledge through LinkedIn Learning and other resources.

We listen to our teammates and have transparent conversations to aid and support career growth and professional development. We do this by helping our teammates discover and leverage their talents and full potential as they contribute to our bold mission of commercial human space travel.

Safety is at the core of all we do at Virgin Galactic. We regularly and actively engage with our teammates in all areas of privacy, safety, and compliance. This helps ensure our safety protocols are accurately lived out by our current and future teammates and Spacefarers.
