From day one, we bring teammates into our company through our unique onboarding journey introducing them to our pilots, astronauts, engineers, and those who make our Spaceline for Earth possible. We encourage all teammates to push the boundaries of their knowledge through LinkedIn Learning and other resources.

Doolittle Award
Virgin Galactic pilot Mike "Sooch" Masucci was honored with the Doolittle Award at the Society of Experimental Test Pilots' annual symposium in September 2024. He was nominated by his peers and recognized for his leadership in the development, prototyping and fielding of vital systems aboard both Mothership Eve and Spaceship Unity.
Aviation Week Network
In Aviation Week Network's Annual Laureate Awards honoring extraordinary achievements in global aerospace, Mike Moses, Spaceline President, was honored for his leadership in transferring lessons from the NASA Space Shuttle program to operating a safe and commercially viable spaceflight program for Virgin Galactic astronauts.
